How do I switch from my current provider?

Switching to AuditCover is straightforward. Their team maps to your current groupings, imports your client base, and configures your campaigns so quotes are loaded and ready to send.

Can I customise the messaging to my clients?

Yes. AuditCover allows you to tailor all client-facing emails, branding and messaging, or you can use their library of ready-to-send templates. This helps you maintain a consistent brand experience for your clients.

How do I get my clients to sign up?

AuditCover sends your clients a branded invitation with a secure link to purchase. Clients can complete their purchase using credit card, direct debit or BPAY (where available).

What happens when a claim is lodged?

Claims are lodged directly with AuditCover via your AuditCover portal. Their team assesses each claim and aims to finalise outcomes within 5–10 business days. You stay informed throughout the process.

Do you offer help with client communications?
