1By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Conditions of Entry.

2The promoter is Aon Risk Services Australia Limited ABN 17 000 434 720 AFSL no. 241141 (Aon) of Level 33, 201 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Telephone (02) 9253 7000 (Promoter).

3The ‘Aon Prize Giveaway’ promotion (Promotion) commences at 7:00am AEST on Friday 13 th February 2026 and closes at 12:00am AEST on Sunday 15th February 2026 (Promotion Period).

4Entry into the Promotion is only open to Australian residents who at the date of entry are 18 years of age or older (Eligible Person). Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members of such employees, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to be Entrants.

5Eligible Persons with an entry in the Promotion (Entrants) will go into the draw (Prize Draw) to win a Gourmet Hamper from Hampers Emporium. The total prize pool value is AU$300.

6One entry will be selected at random from a pool of all entries complying with these Conditions of Entry

7The Prize Draw will be conducted at Aon Tower, Level 33, 201 Kent St, Sydney NSW 2000 on Monday 23rd February 2026 between 8:00am and 5:00pm AEST. The winning entries will receive a Gourmet Hamper from Hampers Emporium.

8The Winner will be notified within 5 business days after the Prize Draw via email or phone (Notification). The Winners will be asked to provide an address (within Australia) for the prize to be delivered to. The Prize will only be distributed in Australia and the Winner should allow 28 days from the Prize Draw for delivery of the Prize.

9The Prize value is in Australian dollars and includes GST.

10If any element of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, a similar prize of equal value will be awarded in lieu.

11If the Winner cannot be contacted by Notification or if a Prize is unclaimed or undeliverable, a redraw will be conducted one week after the initial Prize Draw and a new Winner will be drawn. This process will continue until the prize is claimed.

12The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss revenue or profit) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion or the taking of a Prize or any component of a Prize, including:

13any additional costs associated with the taking of a Prize (excluding postage if required). Any expense incurred beyond the specified Prize will be the responsibility of the Winner; and any loss of, damage to, disuse or expiry of the Prize.

14The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or any Entrant who tampers with the entry process.

15If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

16Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

17All decisions of the Promoter are final and no discussions or correspondence with be entered into.

By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree to the Promoter and its related companies, using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, redeeming a Prize and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion, and to market products and services in accordance with Aon’s Privacy Policy.
