Use the Service Hub to update your account, access important documents, and request changes for Combined Professional Indemnity & Liability Insurance. From here you can:

  • Update your personal details such as address, email address or phone/mobile numbers
  • Request for Certificate of Currency
  • Request your policy document package
  • Amend or include additional modalities

Before you begin, please ensure you have your Aon Client ID, which can be found on your Aon issued documentation on the bottom left-hand corner of your tax invoice and/or policy schedule.

Renewing your policy?


If you are looking to renew your policy, the renewal process starts anywhere from 30-90 days out from your renewal date depending on the type of policy that you hold. If you would like to check on the status of your renewal, please call us on our toll-free number 1800 805 191.
