What is a professionally managed policy?

A professionally managed policy is designed for investment properties managed by a licensed real estate agent or property manager. It can help protect you against tenant-related risks, such as loss of rental income and tenant-caused loss or damage to your building and contents1.
This policy allows you to cover up to $70,000 of contents and can be when combined with Building Cover. If your investment property has higher-value contents, you can increase your contents insurance limit up to $110,000.
