What is a short stay/holiday rental policy?

A short stay/holiday rental policy is designed for professionally managed holiday rental properties, offering protection against key tenant-related risks1. This includes cover for loss of rental income and loss or damage caused by tenants to your holiday rental building and contents, and can be combined with building cover.
